THE STORY THE CORPORATE MEDIA COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO TELL!

In the closing days of the joint US/Northern Alliance toppling of the Taliban, thousands of Afghan prisoners of war (supposedly protected by the Geneva Convention) were locked into sealed shipping containers, and left without air, water, or food for days in the desert heat. Those who survived were summarilly shot. All of this happened under the watchful eyes of US military personnel, who did nothing to stop it. This story was never covered in the US media, and never publicly acknowledged by the pentagon. Once again, a state-run media corporation (The Canadian CBC) does a better job in telling the WHOLE truth than our supposedly "Free" media, here, in the US...
